Section 135
Disposition versions
135. A lawyer must personally and diligently answer all communications from a member of the office of the syndic of the Barreau as well as from any of the persons referred to in section 192 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26). The lawyer must respond using the means of communication chosen by that person or go to the person’s office if the person so requests.
He must also fulfil all undertakings given by him to these persons.
